jeetbiz User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jeetbiz, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetbiz with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

jeetbiz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Players. The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To access the full range of services on jeetbiz — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and poker — you must register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out below.

You are eligible to register and maintain an Account only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or a corporate entity.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform under any name or identity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jeetbiz employee or contractor.
• You are not suffering from, nor have been diagnosed with, a gambling addiction that has prompted you to self-exclude from any gaming platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on jeetbiz. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jeetbiz employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. All Accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently closed, and any balances or winnings associated with those Accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jeetbiz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must notify jeetbiz support immediately at support@jeetbiz if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

As a Player on jeetbiz, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You accept that the following obligations are binding at all times during which your Account is active.

You must at all times:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and KYC verification.
• Ensure that your Account is used only by you, and that your login credentials are not shared with, or used by, any other person.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you are located when accessing the Platform.
• Play responsibly and make use of the deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools available in your Account settings where necessary.
• Immediately report any errors, technical faults, or apparent mispricings of odds to jeetbiz support rather than exploiting them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeetbiz and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies (known as "arbing" when applied to odds discrepancies) for systematic profit rather than reporting them.
• Attempting to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use the Platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gaming.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification, or impersonating another individual at any point.
• Colluding with other Players in poker games, live casino tables, or any other interactive game format to gain a shared advantage.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers by creating multiple Accounts, using third-party funds for qualifying deposits, or employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid deposit transaction through your payment provider after engaging in gameplay with those funds.

All financial transactions on jeetbiz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals. There are no currency conversion fees charged by jeetbiz; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently.

Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200. Instant crediting. Available for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200. Instant crediting. Available for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳300. Instant crediting. Available for deposits and withdrawals.
• Upay (UCB) — Minimum deposit ৳300. Instant crediting. Available for deposits.
• Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Processing time up to same business day. Compatible with BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission for verified Accounts. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jeetbiz does not charge withdrawal fees; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's internal schedules.

Deposit confirmation: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your jeetbiz Wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile money transaction. In the rare event that a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support at support@jeetbiz with the transaction reference number for manual review.

jeetbiz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that is unusually large, originates from an Account that has not previously completed KYC, or is flagged by the platform's anti-fraud systems. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

jeetbiz periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal festival offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players with verified Accounts in good standing unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as repeatable or ongoing.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless your Account settings specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion's individual terms page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count towards wagering requirement completion.
• Game contribution rates apply to casino bonus wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, live table games contribute at a reduced rate (usually 10%–15%), and certain game categories may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• jeetbiz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including retrospectively where evidence of abuse is identified.

Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses repeatedly, using matched betting strategies to systematically extract bonus value, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk — will have all Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for permanent suspension.

jeetbiz offers a broad portfolio of gaming products including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and crash games. Each product category operates under its own specific game rules, which are published within the relevant product area of the Platform. These general fair play terms apply across all product categories.

Certified RNG technology: All non-live casino games, slots, and crash games on jeetbiz use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game providers on the Platform include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi, all of which operate under their own independent certifications.

Sports betting integrity: All sports betting markets on jeetbiz are priced and managed by qualified trading teams. In the event that a market is settled incorrectly due to a human error or data feed failure, jeetbiz reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets once the error is identified, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited. Notification of such corrections will be communicated to affected Players via account message or registered email.

Void bets and cancelled events: Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before a result is determined, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. The specific conditions governing void settlements for each sport are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

Disconnection policy: In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during a live casino game or crash game session, jeetbiz will endeavour to complete any in-progress game round and credit or debit the result accordingly. Where a round outcome cannot be determined due to the nature of the disconnection, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. jeetbiz is not responsible for connectivity failures on the Player's side.

Poker room rules: Poker games hosted on jeetbiz are governed by standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules unless a specific game variant states otherwise. Collusion, chip dumping, and any form of coordinated play between Players at the same table is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and Account suspension.

jeetbiz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion, in the circumstances set out below. Where suspension or closure is actioned by the Platform, the Player will be notified at their registered email address unless the investigation requires confidentiality.

Grounds for Account suspension or permanent closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or a fraud flag.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts registered by the same individual.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Sustained use of automated tools, bots, or unfair-play software.
• Confirmed age violation — where a Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral schemes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against valid deposit transactions.
• Collusion or chip dumping in poker or any multiplayer game format.

Player-initiated closure: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting jeetbiz support. If the closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., self-exclusion due to problem gambling), the closure will be processed within 24 hours and promotional communications will be stopped immediately. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after KYC verification, subject to any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

Platform-initiated closure for regulatory compliance: In the event that changes to applicable laws or regulations require jeetbiz to restrict access to Players in a specific location, Accounts held by affected Players may be closed with reasonable notice. Real-money balances will be refunded subject to standard KYC verification.
